• A 50% deposit (tax included) is required at time of reservation.The balance and damage deposit, ($200.) are both due 30 days prior to arrival date. With cancellations, all monies, minus $100 processing fee, will be refunded only if the cottage can be rented for the same time period of your original reservation. :  
  
• Check in Time is on Saturday at 2 pm. Please contact us if you plan on arriving after 6pm on your Saturday arrival  
• Check out time is on Saturday at 10am. Please be considerate so that our cleaning and yard crew can complete their duties in time for our new arrivals at 2pm.  
• If you do not have a cell phone, we will accept phone calls for you and contact you with messages ASAP.  
• The Finch Cottage can make arrangements for a land phone line for our quests if staying more than a week  
• Sorry no pets
